My name is Rubin Dhillon, and I’m a marketing and product executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth in Aerospace, Space, Cyber, Defense Tech, and other mission-critical sectors. I excel in crafting compelling narratives that humanize brands and translate complex technologies into relatable concepts. I’ve had the privilege to lead marketing teams at companies like GE, Abaco Systems, and Mercury Systems, driving brand growth, digital transformation, and revenue generation.


At Mercury Systems, a technology company serving at the intersection of high-tech and defense, my team generated over $100 million in new pipeline growth. I led five brand integrations and multiple website transformations, enhancing brand awareness and conversions across 40+ product lines. At Abaco Systems, a smaller competitor to Mercury, I spearheaded a rapid brand launch post-GE carve-out, resulting in a 200% yearly increase in leads and a 3.7x company sale multiple.


While at GE, I expanded market reach into military communications and cyber warfare as a business development director and then went on to lead global marketing initiatives for the Embedded Systems business.
